Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to all of the following terms. I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

Payment in USD can be made via PayPay or Vgen
El pago para Argentina (ARS) puede realizarse mediante Mercado Pago o transferencia bancaria
If you cannot access those options, I can accept payment via Echoes (Identity V) top-up or decorations on Discord

PAYMENT

Payment must be made in advance and in full before I begin the commission with a maximum of 4 free revisions during the sketch phase
Please send all the necessary references for a better result (characters, poses, hairstyles, clothing, backgrounds, etc.)
Minor changes can be requested after the sketch phase, but major changes (composition, clothing, or poses, background, etc) will include an additional cost
No refunds

DEADLINE

The usual delivery time is 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity it can be up to 3 weeks or a maximum of one month
Updates will be constant but if you need your work to be finished by a certain date, please let me know
The final work will be submitted via a direct link to a Google Drive

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

My commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. If you wish to create commercial content, we will discuss it privately, and this will incur an additional cost
If you would like your commission to not be published online, please let me know

COMMUNICATION

We will maintain regular contact through your preferred communication method (DMs on Discord, Instagram, email, etc)
Please be respectful, I'm not just an independent artist but also a student. I mainly do these commissions to pay for my studies
I'm Argentinian! So I can speak in Spanish and English
Any aggressive behavior will result in automatic service cancellation and subsequent blocking

How to order?

If you're interested in a commission, here's a short guide on how to order and everything you need to know!

Send me a message via DM or email ([email protected]) you must specify:Which type of commission you want (anime, cartoon, chibi)
Example: "Hi! I want a full body anime commission with flat color"Then I need all the references you can provide like reference sheet, the pose you want, expressions, clothes, hairs, etc.This will make my job easier and help me achieve a better result.

As specified before, the sketching process will have a maximum of 4 revisions, so all kinds of corrections will be welcome.I will maintain constant communication throughout the commission process, but as a client you are free to message me whenever you want.Remember, communication will always be important to my work process!

During the delivery, a link will be sent to a Google Drive folder containing a watermarked version of the commission and an unwatermarked version.This is mainly so that the quality of the drawing is not lost when sent via DMMy time zone is UTC−3, so I'm usually active in the afternoon and evening. Sundays are my days off, and I won't be answering messages then.
